CATALOGUE NOTE
Cornelis van Poelenburgh was active in Rome between 1617 and 1620. Between 1620 and 1622 he was in Florence where he probably workedat the court of Cosimo II. He went back to Rome when Cosimo II died in February 1622 where he stayed until 1625.
